Welcome to the Registered Shetland Pony Show and Sale at Worcester Livestock Market

(Entry Closing Date: Friday 12th September 2025 at midnight)

 

Please read the following carefully before you enter:

​

• Entry fee £27.00 per Lot (£22.50+VAT).

• Entry fees are non-refundable, unless a withdrawal is on veterinary grounds and suitable veterinary evidence is provided seven days prior to the sale, where a part refund will be issued. 

• All stock must have been registered with the SPSBS by 31st July.

• Entries are open to members and non-members, however all stock must have a SPSBS passport and it must be registered in the name of the person selling the animal.

• ​Foals must be at least 18 weeks old at time of sale, even if sold at foot.

• Please note entries are limited to 12 ponies per Vendor, however this form accepts a maximum of 10 entries, therefore please submit an additional entry form if required.

• ​Please note, entries close 12th September. No late entries will be accepted.​

• Please ensure an accurate description is used.

• Any further information must be announced on the day of sale in the ring by the Auctioneer if anything has been changed or missed.  

• Any reserves will be taken on the day, not prior to the sale.
